I had a great experience at Ba Le thanks to Brittany. I came in right before closing and honestly expected to be turned away since they were cleaning up, but she welcomed me with a smile and insisted it wasn’t too late. That level of kindness and customer service really stood out. I ordered the Bánh mì pate chả (pork ... roll & pate). It had perfect meat to bread ratio, super delicious, authentic flavor, and very reasonably priced. Easily one of the top bánh mì spots in the DMV for me. The spring rolls are 🔥 too. Because of Brittany’s great attitude and hospitality, Ba Le is now my #1 go to spot. Highly recommend.

Andy and his daughter gave us excellent service. They explained the menu, walked us through the mini store, gave us a sample of different things and took their time to explain everything they sold. We git the bao buns which are huge and you can taste that “made at home” flavor. Also got a sandwich and it was ... 10/10. Can’t wait to come back.
